Pharmacological action

Tetracycline antibiotics. Doxycycline would be affiliated with receptors that on the bacterial ribosomal 30S subunit by reversible, interfere tRNA and mRNA with the development of the ribosome complex,prevent the peptide chain elongation and inhibits the protein synthesis,then make the growth and propogation of the bacteria suppressed quickly.The Doxycycline have the inhibiting effect on gram-positive bacterium, and gram-negative bacterium. Bacteria have the cross-resistance to doxycycline and terramycin.

Oral administration will make the absorption quickly,less affected by food, high bioavailability, Strong tissue penetration, widely distributed, efficient blood concentration can lasts longer. Protein binding rate of pig is 93%

Indications:Used to treat pig,chicken’s colibacillosis, Salmonellosis, pasteurella disease which caused by gram-positive bacterium, gram-negative bacterium and the respiratory disease which caused by mycoplasma.

Usage and Dosage:Based on doxycycline.Mix dring:Each 1L water,Pig 25-50mg,Chicken 300mg. continuous use for 3-5days

Withdrawal time:28Day. Egg laying period is forbidden

Adverse reaction:Long time treatment may induce the double infection and liver damage.

Precautions:Avoid feed with the high calcium food at the same time.
